MatchTalk is a product of CortexBit Limited. By using MatchTalk, you agree to these terms and to the broader Terms of Service maintained on our corporate site.

2. The service

MatchTalk provides personalized conversations with virtual characters through WhatsApp and a mobile application. Characters are AI-powered and not real people. They are designed for companionship and conversation, not for professional advice, medical guidance, or emergency services.

3. Acceptable use

• Be respectful in your interactions with characters.
• Do not attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse the underlying technology.
• Do not share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

4. Your data

Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain control over your personal data and runtime memory at all times.

5. Availability

MatchTalk is currently in development and not yet publicly available. Features, availability, and pricing may change before and after launch. We will notify users of material changes.
